I was extremely disappointed with the service. My first request for an iron took far too long, as it seemed there was a queue. Additionally, the coffee pods in my room were not replaced promptly, forcing me to call multiple times. On top of that, the room was dark, and the lights malfunctioned, which affected my comfort during the nights.

Views and Vibes to Cherish
Every morning, we enjoyed breakfast with a breathtaking view of the Basilica. The staff were exceptionally warm, always ready to assist and make our stay unforgettable.
The noise from the rooftop bar was disruptive at night, making it challenging to fall asleep. A fuller mirror in the room would have been nice too.

I had an amazing time enjoying a stunning breakfast spread and relaxing with a drink on the rooftop terrace. The hotel also provided a cozy lounge area and a lovely rooftop bar for evening wind-downs. The only small hiccup was a delayed request for an iron, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 3 nights and loved our time exploring Lecce. The amazing breakfast had local pastries and freshly made eggs. The staff catered to our every need. Can't recommend enough visiting Cantina Petrelli while you're there!
In my wife's opinion, a kid-friendly mini-fridge would be great for family stays.

The elegant Art Deco decor and grand baroque details really stand out. With a tiny restaurant that offers a welcome relief from southern Italian staples, it's perfect for those seeking variety on their dining experience.
Housekeeping left a lot to be desired—every time I turned around, it felt like I was chasing down supplies like coffee pods and toiletries. The €25 per day parking fee was a surprise, and losing track of used towels made it an inconvenience. Also, noise from the bar and street below might bother some. I couldn't keep my window open for fresh air without disturbed sleep. Navigating to the hotel in the pedestrian zone could use clearer signage to ease the arrival process.

The location was AMAZING! So close to all the historic sights 🌟. My only downside was the noise from the street at night, so maybe ask for a quieter room if you're sensitive.

The hotel is right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore great spots like Cantina Petrelli and Frigole Harbour. Super efficient staff and comfy rooms. Don't miss out on the breakfast—it’s amazing!
Only downside was the lack of freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast, which was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this caliber.
